Eleven Faces, Endless Compassion

The Eleven-Headed Kannon is a transformed manifestation of the bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. The various faces are related to the teachings of Buddha Dharma and are said to save sentient beings from suffering with their deep compassion. This statue is crafted from fragrant sandalwood in accordance with scriptural teachings. Additionally, it incorporates uniquely Japanese techniques, such as dry lacquer for the hair, blending tradition with regional artistry.
