"Sancai" refers to pottery glazed in three colors—typically white, green, and brown—and fired at low temperatures, with Tang Sancai being particularly renowned. The vase’s shape resembles that of an ancient Greek amphora, with dragon-shaped handles. Large molded circular decorations featuring floral patterns adorn three sides of the body, showcasing intricate craftsmanship.
